Numbers 21:14

עַל־כֵּן֙ יֵֽאָמַ֔ר בְּסֵ֖פֶר מִלְחֲמֹ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה אֶת־וָהֵ֣ב בְּסוּפָ֔ה וְאֶת־הַנְּחָלִ֖ים אַרְנֹֽון׃

Therefore it is said in the Book of the Wars of YHWH: “Wahev in Sufa, and the wadis of the Arnon.”
