Numbers 21:8

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה עֲשֵׂ֤ה לְךָ֙ שָׂרָ֔ף וְשִׂ֥ים אֹתֹ֖ו עַל־נֵ֑ס וְהָיָה֙ כָּל־הַנָּשׁ֔וּךְ וְרָאָ֥ה אֹתֹ֖ו וָחָֽי׃

And YHWH said to Moshe, “Make for yourself a fiery serpent and set it upon a pole, and it shall be that everyone who is bitten, when he looks at it, shall live.”
