Numbers 22:41

וַיְהִ֣י בַבֹּ֔קֶר וַיִּקַּ֤ח בָּלָק֙ אֶת־בִּלְעָ֔ם וַֽיַּעֲלֵ֖הוּ בָּמֹ֣ות בָּ֑עַל וַיַּ֥רְא מִשָּׁ֖ם קְצֵ֥ה הָעָֽם׃

And it came to pass in the morning, Balaq took Bilʿam and brought him up to the high places of Baʿal, and from there he saw the edge of the people.
