Numbers 23:28

וַיִּקַּ֥ח בָּלָ֖ק אֶת־בִּלְעָ֑ם רֹ֣אשׁ הַפְּעֹ֔ור הַנִּשְׁקָ֖ף עַל־פְּנֵ֥י הַיְשִׁימֹֽן׃

And Balaq took Bilʿam to the summit of Peʿor, which overlooks the face of the wasteland.
