Numbers 24:20

וַיַּרְא֙ אֶת־עֲמָלֵ֔ק וַיִּשָּׂ֥א מְשָׁלֹ֖ו וַיֹּאמַ֑ר רֵאשִׁ֤ית גֹּויִם֙ עֲמָלֵ֔ק וְאַחֲרִיתֹ֖ו עֲדֵ֥י אֹבֵֽד׃

And he saw Amaleq, and he took up his discourse and said, “Amaleq is the first of the nations, but his end is to be destroyed forever.”
