Numbers 24:21

וַיַּרְא֙ אֶת־הַקֵּינִ֔י וַיִּשָּׂ֥א מְשָׁלֹ֖ו וַיֹּאמַ֑ר אֵיתָן֙ מֹֽושָׁבֶ֔ךָ וְשִׂ֥ים בַּסֶּ֖לַע קִנֶּֽךָ׃

And he saw the Qeni, and he took up his discourse and said, “Firm is your dwelling place, and your nest is set in the rock.
