Numbers 27:20

וְנָתַתָּ֥ה מֵהֹֽודְךָ֖ עָלָ֑יו לְמַ֣עַן יִשְׁמְע֔וּ כָּל־עֲדַ֖ת בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And you shall give some of your honor to him, so that all the congregation of the sons of Yisraʾel may obey.
