Numbers 30:1 (Numbers 29:40)

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כְּכֹ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ פ

And Moshe spoke to the sons of Yisraʾel according to all that YHWH had commanded Moshe.
