Numbers 31:14

וַיִּקְצֹ֣ף מֹשֶׁ֔ה עַ֖ל פְּקוּדֵ֣י הֶחָ֑יִל שָׂרֵ֤י הָאֲלָפִים֙ וְשָׂרֵ֣י הַמֵּאֹ֔ות הַבָּאִ֖ים מִצְּבָ֥א הַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃

Moshe was angry with the officers of the army, the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, who came from the campaign of war.
