Numbers 32:10

וַיִּֽחַר־אַ֥ף יְהוָ֖ה בַּיֹּ֣ום הַה֑וּא וַיִּשָּׁבַ֖ע לֵאמֹֽר׃

And the anger of YHWH burned on that day, and He swore, saying:
