Numbers 32:41

וְיָאִ֤יר בֶּן־מְנַשֶּׁה֙ הָלַ֔ךְ וַיִּלְכֹּ֖ד אֶת־חַוֹּתֵיהֶ֑ם וַיִּקְרָ֥א אֶתְהֶ֖ן חַוֹּ֥ת יָאִֽיר׃

And Yaʾir, son of Menashe, went and captured their villages, and he called them Havvoth-Yaʾir.
