Numbers 32:42

וְנֹ֣בַח הָלַ֔ךְ וַיִּלְכֹּ֥ד אֶת־קְנָ֖ת וְאֶת־בְּנֹתֶ֑יהָ וַיִּקְרָ֧א לָ֦ה נֹ֖בַח בִּשְׁמֹֽו׃ פ

And Novaḥ went and captured Qenat and its villages, and he called it Novaḥ after his own name.
