Numbers 4:11

וְעַ֣ל מִזְבַּ֣ח הַזָּהָ֗ב יִפְרְשׂוּ֙ בֶּ֣גֶד תְּכֵ֔לֶת וְכִסּ֣וּ אֹתֹ֔ו בְּמִכְסֵ֖ה עֹ֣ור תָּ֑חַשׁ וְשָׂמ֖וּ אֶת־בַּדָּֽיו׃

And on the golden altar they shall spread a blue cloth, and cover it with a covering of tachash leather, and they shall put its poles in place.
