Numbers 8:16

כִּי֩ נְתֻנִ֨ים נְתֻנִ֥ים הֵ֨מָּה֙ לִ֔י מִתֹּ֖וךְ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל תַּחַת֩ פִּטְרַ֨ת כָּל־רֶ֜חֶם בְּכֹ֥ור כֹּל֙ מִבְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לָקַ֥חְתִּי אֹתָ֖ם לִֽי׃

For they are wholly given to Me from among the children of Yisra’el, in place of all that opens the womb, the firstborn of all the children of Yisra’el, I have taken them for Myself.
