Psalm 10:13

עַל־מֶ֤ה נִאֵ֖ץ רָשָׁ֥ע אֱלֹהִ֑ים אָמַ֥ר בְּ֝לִבֹּ֗ו לֹ֣א תִּדְרֹֽשׁ׃

Why does the wicked despise God? He says in his heart “You will not seek.”
