Psalm 10:5

יָ֘חִ֤ילוּ דרכו בְּכָל־עֵ֗ת מָרֹ֣ום מִ֭שְׁפָּטֶיךָ מִנֶּגְדֹּ֑ו כָּל־֝צֹורְרָ֗יו יָפִ֥יחַ בָּהֶֽם׃

His ways prosper at every time. Your judgments are on high from before him. All his adversaries he snorts at them.
