Psalm 19:2 (Psalm 19:1)

הַשָּׁמַ֗יִם מְֽסַפְּרִ֥ים כְּבֹֽוד־אֵ֑ל וּֽמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה יָ֝דָ֗יו מַגִּ֥יד הָרָקִֽיעַ׃

The heavens are recounting the glory of God, and the work of His hands the expanse is declaring.
