Psalm 57:1

לַמְנַצֵּ֣חַ אַל־֭תַּשְׁחֵת לְדָוִ֣ד מִכְתָּ֑ם בְּבָרְחֹ֥ו מִפְּנֵי־֝שָׁא֗וּל בַּמְּעָרָֽה׃

To the one who leads, do not destroy; of Dawid, a miktam, when he fled from before Shaʾul in the cave.
