Zechariah 14:11

וְיָ֣שְׁבוּ בָ֔הּ וְחֵ֖רֶם לֹ֣א יִֽהְיֶה־עֹ֑וד וְיָשְׁבָ֥ה יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם לָבֶֽטַח׃

And they shall dwell in it, and a ban shall not be again, and Yerushalayim shall dwell in security.
