Zechariah 9:12

שׁ֚וּבוּ לְבִצָּרֹ֔ון אֲסִירֵ֖י הַתִּקְוָ֑ה גַּם־הַיֹּ֕ום מַגִּ֥יד מִשְׁנֶ֖ה אָשִׁ֥יב לָֽךְ׃

Return to the stronghold, prisoners of the hope; even today I declare, double I will restore to you.
