Not so is the matter, but a man from the hill country of Efrayim, Shevaʿ son of Bikhri is his name, has lifted his hand against the king, against Dawid. Give him up alone, and I will withdraw from the city.” And the woman said to Yoʾav, “Behold, his head will be thrown to you over the wall.”
