Isaiah 23:5

כַּֽאֲשֶׁר־שֵׁ֖מַע לְמִצְרָ֑יִם יָחִ֖ילוּ כְּשֵׁ֥מַע צֹֽר׃

As at the report concerning Mitsrayim, they shall writhe at the report of Tsor.
