Isaiah 34:16

דִּרְשׁ֨וּ מֵֽעַל־סֵ֤פֶר יְהוָה֙ וּֽקְרָ֔אוּ אַחַ֤ת מֵהֵ֨נָּה֙ לֹ֣א נֶעְדָּ֔רָה אִשָּׁ֥ה רְעוּתָ֖הּ לֹ֣א פָקָ֑דוּ כִּֽי־פִי֙ ה֣וּא צִוָּ֔ה וְרוּחֹ֖ו ה֥וּא קִבְּצָֽן׃

Seek from upon the book of YHWH and read: not one of them is missing; each one with her mate—they have not failed. For His mouth it is that has commanded, and His Spirit it is that has gathered them.
