Isaiah 62:3

וְהָיִ֛יתְ עֲטֶ֥רֶת תִּפְאֶ֖רֶת בְּיַד־יְהוָ֑ה וְצְנִיף מְלוּכָ֖ה בְּכַף־אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃

And you will be a crown of beauty in the hand of YHWH and a royal turban in the palm of your God.
