Ezekiel 22:24

בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם אֱמָר־לָ֕הּ אַ֣תְּ אֶ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א מְטֹהָרָ֖ה הִ֑יא לֹ֥א גֻשְׁמָ֖הּ בְּיֹ֥ום זָֽעַם׃

“Son of man, say to her: ‘You are a land not cleansed; it is not rained upon in the day of indignation.’
