Amos 9:6

הַבֹּונֶ֤ה בַשָּׁמַ֨יִם֙ מַעֲלֹתָ֔יו וַאֲגֻדָּתֹ֖ו עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ יְסָדָ֑הּ הַקֹּרֵ֣א לְמֵֽי־הַיָּ֗ם וַיִּשְׁפְּכֵ֛ם עַל־פְּנֵ֥י הָאָ֖רֶץ יְהוָ֥ה שְׁמֹֽו׃

He who builds His upper chambers in the heavens and His vault He establishes upon the earth, He who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out upon the face of the earth, YHWH is His name.
