Nahum 1:13

וְעַתָּ֕ה אֶשְׁבֹּ֥ר מֹטֵ֖הוּ מֵֽעָלָ֑יִךְ וּמֹוסְרֹתַ֖יִךְ אֲנַתֵּֽק׃

And now I will break his yoke from upon you, and your bonds I will tear apart.”
