Zechariah 1:16

לָכֵ֞ן כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה שַׁ֤בְתִּי לִירוּשָׁלִַ֨ם֙ בְּֽרַחֲמִ֔ים בֵּיתִי֙ יִבָּ֣נֶה בָּ֔הּ נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָ֣ה צְבָאֹ֑ות וְקָוֶה יִנָּטֶ֖ה עַל־יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

‘Therefore thus said YHWH: “I have returned to Yerushalayim with compassions; My house shall be built in her,” declares YHWH of Hosts, “and a measuring line shall be stretched out over Yerushalayim.”’
