לִבִּ֣י סְ֭חַרְחַר עֲזָבַ֣נִי כֹחִ֑י וְֽאֹור־עֵינַ֥י גַּם־֝הֵ֗ם אֵ֣ין אִתִּֽי׃

My heart throbs, my strength has forsaken me; and the light of my eyes, even they are not with me.
