Psalm 38:12 (Psalm 38:11)

אֹֽהֲבַ֨י וְרֵעַ֗י מִנֶּ֣גֶד נִגְעִ֣י יַעֲמֹ֑דוּ וּ֝קְרֹובַ֗י מֵרָחֹ֥ק עָמָֽדוּ׃

My lovers and my companions stand from before my affliction, and my kinsmen stand from afar.
