Psalm 40:8 (Psalm 40:7)

אָ֣ז אָ֭מַרְתִּי הִנֵּה־בָ֑אתִי בִּמְגִלַּת־֝סֵ֗פֶר כָּת֥וּב עָלָֽי׃

Then I said, “Behold, I have come; in the scroll of a book it is written concerning me.”
