Psalm 40:9 (Psalm 40:8)

לַֽעֲשֹֽׂות־רְצֹונְךָ֣ אֱלֹהַ֣י חָפָ֑צְתִּי וְ֝תֹ֥ורָתְךָ֗ בְּתֹ֣וךְ מֵעָֽי׃

To do Your will, my God, I delight; and Your Torah is within my inward parts.
