Deuteronomy 18:21

וְכִ֥י תֹאמַ֖ר בִּלְבָבֶ֑ךָ אֵיכָה֙ נֵדַ֣ע אֶת־הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־דִבְּרֹ֖ו יְהוָֽה׃

And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which YHWH has not spoken?’
