אֲשֶׁר֩ יְדַבֵּ֨ר הַנָּבִ֜יא בְּשֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֗ה וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֤ה הַדָּבָר֙ וְלֹ֣א יָבֹ֔וא ה֣וּא הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־דִבְּרֹ֖ו יְהוָ֑ה בְּזָדֹון֙ דִּבְּרֹ֣ו הַנָּבִ֔יא לֹ֥א תָג֖וּר מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ ס
The prophet who speaks in the name of YHWH, and the word does not happen or come to pass, that is the word which YHWH has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not fear him.
