Deuteronomy 19:2

שָׁלֹ֥ושׁ עָרִ֖ים תַּבְדִּ֣יל לָ֑ךְ בְּתֹ֣וךְ אַרְצְךָ֔ אֲשֶׁר֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ נֹתֵ֥ן לְךָ֖ לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃

You shall set apart three cities for yourself in the midst of your land, which YHWH your God is giving you to possess.
