Deuteronomy 23:13 (Deuteronomy 23:12)

וְיָד֙ תִּהְיֶ֣ה לְךָ֔ מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה וְיָצָ֥אתָ שָׁ֖מָּה חֽוּץ׃

And you shall have a place outside the camp, and you shall go out there outside.
