Deuteronomy 23:9 (Deuteronomy 23:8)

בָּנִ֛ים אֲשֶׁר־יִוָּלְד֥וּ לָהֶ֖ם דֹּ֣ור שְׁלִישִׁ֑י יָבֹ֥א לָהֶ֖ם בִּקְהַ֥ל יְהוָֽה׃ ס

Children who are born to them in the third generation may enter the assembly of YHWH.
