Deuteronomy 33:13

וּלְיֹוסֵ֣ף אָמַ֔ר מְבֹרֶ֥כֶת יְהֹוָ֖ה אַרְצֹ֑ו מִמֶּ֤גֶד שָׁמַ֨יִם֙ מִטָּ֔ל וּמִתְּהֹ֖ום רֹבֶ֥צֶת תָּֽחַת׃

And of Yosef he said, “Blessed by YHWH is his land, with the precious things of the heavens, with the dew, and from the deep that lies beneath,
