Deuteronomy 33:3

אַ֚ף חֹבֵ֣ב עַמִּ֔ים כָּל־קְדֹשָׁ֖יו בְּיָדֶ֑ךָ וְהֵם֙ תֻּכּ֣וּ לְרַגְלֶ֔ךָ יִשָּׂ֖א מִדַּבְּרֹתֶֽיךָ׃

Indeed, He loves the peoples; all His holy ones are in Your hand. They sit down at Your feet; everyone receives Your words.
