Exodus 14:7

וַיִּקַּ֗ח שֵׁשׁ־מֵאֹ֥ות רֶ֨כֶב֙ בָּח֔וּר וְכֹ֖ל רֶ֣כֶב מִצְרָ֑יִם וְשָׁלִשִׁ֖ם עַל־כֻּלֹּֽו׃

And he took six hundred chosen chariots and all the chariots of Mitsrayim, with captains over all of them.
