Exodus 18:24

וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע מֹשֶׁ֖ה לְקֹ֣ול חֹתְנֹ֑ו וַיַּ֕עַשׂ כֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָמָֽר׃

And Moshe listened to the voice of his father-in-law and did everything he said.
