Exodus 29:2

וְלֶ֣חֶם מַצֹּ֗ות וְחַלֹּ֤ת מַצֹּת֙ בְּלוּלֹ֣ות בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן וּרְקִיקֵ֥י מַצֹּ֖ות מְשֻׁחִ֣ים בַּשָּׁ֑מֶן סֹ֥לֶת חִטִּ֖ים תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָֽם׃

And unleavened bread, and unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil; you shall make them of fine wheat flour.
