Exodus 29:36

וּפַ֨ר חַטָּ֜את תַּעֲשֶׂ֤ה לַיֹּום֙ עַל־הַכִּפֻּרִ֔ים וְחִטֵּאתָ֙ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ בְּכַפֶּרְךָ֖ עָלָ֑יו וּמָֽשַׁחְתָּ֥ אֹתֹ֖ו לְקַדְּשֹֽׁו׃

And a bull as a sin offering you shall make for the day, upon the atonement altar, and you shall purify it, and you shall anoint it to consecrate it.
