Exodus 30:37

וְהַקְּטֹ֨רֶת֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה בְּמַ֨תְכֻּנְתָּ֔הּ לֹ֥א תַעֲשׂ֖וּ לָכֶ֑ם קֹ֛דֶשׁ תִּהְיֶ֥ה לְךָ֖ לַיהוָֽה׃

And the incense that you shall make, you shall not make for yourselves according to its composition; it shall be holy to you for YHWH.
