Ezekiel 17:10

וְהִנֵּ֥ה שְׁתוּלָ֖ה הֲתִצְלָ֑ח הֲלֹוא֩ כְגַ֨עַת בָּ֜הּ ר֤וּחַ הַקָּדִים֙ תִּיבַ֣שׁ יָבֹ֔שׁ עַל־עֲרֻגֹ֥ת צִמְחָ֖הּ תִּיבָֽשׁ׃ פ

And behold, it is planted, shall it prosper? Behold, when the east wind touches it, it will wither, utterly wither; upon the garden-beds of its sprouting it will wither.
