Ezekiel 5:14

וְאֶתְּנֵךְ֙ לְחָרְבָּ֣ה וּלְחֶרְפָּ֔ה בַּגֹּויִ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר סְבִיבֹותָ֑יִךְ לְעֵינֵ֖י כָּל־עֹובֵֽר׃

And I will make you a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are around you, before the eyes of every passerby.
