Genesis 35:9

וַיֵּרָ֨א אֱלֹהִ֤ים אֶֽל־יַעֲקֹב֙ עֹ֔וד בְּבֹאֹ֖ו מִפַּדַּ֣ן אֲרָ֑ם וַיְבָ֖רֶךְ אֹתֹֽו׃

And God appeared to Ya‘aqov again when he came from Paddan-Aram, and He blessed him.
