Genesis 41:33

וְעַתָּה֙ יֵרֶ֣א פַרְעֹ֔ה אִ֖ישׁ נָבֹ֣ון וְחָכָ֑ם וִישִׁיתֵ֖הוּ עַל־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃

And now, let Par’o seek out a discerning and wise man, and set him over the land of Mitsrayim.
