Genesis 41:32

וְעַ֨ל הִשָּׁנֹ֧ות הַחֲלֹ֛ום אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֖ה פַּעֲמָ֑יִם כִּֽי־נָכֹ֤ון הַדָּבָר֙ מֵעִ֣ם הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים וּמְמַהֵ֥ר הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים לַעֲשֹׂתֹֽו׃

And concerning the repetition of the dream to Par’o twice: it is because the matter is confirmed by God, and God is hastening to accomplish it.
