וַהֲדַפְתִּ֖יךָ מִמַּצָּבֶ֑ךָ וּמִמַּעֲמָֽדְךָ֖ יֶהֶרְסֶֽךָ׃

And I will thrust you from your post, and from your station He will tear you down.

  3. וּמִמַּעֲמָֽדְךָ֖ (u-mi-maʿămadkha) – Root: עמד; Form: Conjunction + preposition + noun masculine singular construct + 2nd person masculine singular suffix; Translation: “and from your station”; Notes: Paralleled with מַצָּב to emphasize total removal from office or authority.
  4. יֶהֶרְסֶֽךָ (yehersékha) – Root: הרס; Form: Qal imperfect 3rd person masculine singular + 2nd person masculine singular suffix; Translation: “He will tear you down”; Notes: Strong verb indicating ruin or demolition, metaphorically applied to removal from power.
